LEARN TO BALANCE EFFORT AND EASE, STRENGTH AND FLOW WITH THIS DYNAMIC CLASS THAT COMBINES STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY DRILLS ALONGSIDE TRADITIONAL YOGA POSTURES.

Although traditionally mixed with ballet, this new class will be infused with YOGA, PILATES & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS. We'll incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue and stabalise the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, sequencing that invites the whole body to work hard all to the beat of the music.
