** SUNDAY SLOW & RESTORE YOGA

A SLOW & CALMING CLASS THAT WILL PREPARE YOU FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK AHEAD. EXPECT SOME ACTIVE & PASSIVE STRETCHES AS WELL AS SOME OCCASIONAL MOBILITY WORK. (Best suited for beginners & pregnant women)

Although traditionally mixed with ballet, this new class will be infused with YOGA, PILATES & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS. We'll incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue and stabalise the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, sequencing that invites the whole body to work hard and music to help drive your energy up.
