The Pretty Sweaty Stuff ethos is simple. How can we balance softness and ease alongside strength and hard work? How can we get through the strength portion of our chosen workout without stressing ourselves out?
Throughout our whole lives we’ve been trained to think that if we don’t work hard, if we don’t stress ourselves out, we can never achieve our goals. To some extent that is true. Things don’t happen without effort but it’s how we get there that matters.

ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER
As an advanced yoga teacher and with nearly 10 years of experience behind her, Lisa’s methodology combines modern and traditional teachings to create a holistic and unique way of movement:
YOGA: Combining mindful and creative sequences alongside strength and flexibility drills
BARRE: Infusing Pilates, Functional Fitness and Yoga all to the beat of the music to a create a holistic and full body workout
PILATES: A contemporary way of bringing you the core principles of Joesph Pilates with strength training
Lisa has gone through many bumps in the road in her own personal and teaching journey after a variety of injuries, wrist surgery and pregnancy. This has taught her how to be adaptable and knowing that whatever injury or frustrations that you may have, there is always a way to keep practising and move in a way that suits you.
Based in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, Lisa is involved in events and corporate team days but specialises in bespoke 1-2-1s (pre/postnatal yoga, Pilates and barre) as well as helping to improve athletic performance.
