If a class time or day doesn't suit you or whether you're a beginner, someone looking to return or advance in their movement, private 1-2-1 (or small group) is a great place to incorporate in your day.

Pregnant? Specially trained to guide you through this important journey, yoga in both pre & post natal yoga can make you feel energetic and rested as well as improve your mental well-being. I'll help you find your breath and build on endurance, strength and flexibility so that you're ready for the birth. If you and your partner would like to prepare for labour as a couple, private classes for labour is available.

 

Post natal? I'll help restore your pelvic floor, TVA and general muscle strength as well as reconnect to your center again.

 

Through my own pre and post natal journey, I know how hard and frustrating life can be, but I'll be here to support you however I can.
