In the event that you cancel a Paid Subscription Service before the end of your subscription period, we will not return any portion of your subscription fee provided and you will be entitled to continue accessing the applicable Paid Subscription Service until the end of your membership period - For any termination made by you, you must terminate at least 24 hours before next billing cycle to avoid renewal of your Paid Subscription Service. We reserve the right to terminate your access to a Paid Subscription Service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice - You are liable for any amounts that are unsettled and overdue. We may deactivate your member account without notice if your payment is past due - Your Paid Subscription Service will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your current subscription term. I will progress at my own pace and I understand my physical limitations so I am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against The Pretty Sweaty Stuff (Lisa Duong) for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result in participating in the yoga classes. My participation and purchasing of any videos from The Pretty Sweaty Stuff (Lisa Duong) acknowledges that I shall not now, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against The Pretty Sweaty Stuff (Lisa Duong) and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors, and my assigns. If I am pregnant, or become pregnant, am postnatal or going through any form of injuries, my participation and purchasing of any videos from The Pretty Sweaty Stuff (Lisa Duong) verifies that I am participating in yoga at The Pretty Sweaty Stuff (Lisa Duong) with my doctor or any other physician's full approval.
